The riots over immigration enforcement have gripped the nation and are just one more reason for the never-ending divisiveness that threatens the existence of this nation. Largely organized, funded, and orchestrated by Democrats and other radical leftists, with the complicit legacy media covering for them, the “Home-grown Terrorists”, along with the criminal alien masses encouraged to enter our country illegally during the Biden-Group presidency, are attempting to destroy the very foundational principles that created, and sustained, this country. You can’t “Build Back Better” until you have laid waste to what is currently there, according to the left.
No longer in power, the Democrats have lost the ability to weaponize the Executive branch as they have every time they have controlled the Whitehouse for the past century at a minimum and with the Legislative branch slightly out of their control, they have turned to the Judicial branch to thwart any attempt to dismantle their money laundering scheme. Weaponizing the courts the Democrats, and their activist judges, rail against this administration removing illegal aliens without due process. They cry that Trump is trying to be a king and that, although millions came here illegally and unvetted, by design by the Globalists during the Biden-Group presidency, just by entering, they cannot be removed without due process. Our nation surely has changed and not for the better. Illegals are shielded from their illegality by Dems and activist judges and a thing called due process. Citizens, in the past, were not afforded the same protections as those here illegally. I will give you a few examples.
On July 28, 1932, tens of thousands of WWI veterans were attacked and driven from areas around Washington D.C. to remove them from the makeshift dwellings they had erected with the intention of protesting the delay of a bonus payment due to mature in 1945. The depression had caused overwhelming hardship to America’s citizens and these veterans were no different. Called the “Bonus Army“, they assembled peacefully to petition the government for a redress of grievances, namely the delay of payment.
Led by Douglas MacArthur, with assistance from the 3rd Cavalry led by George S. Patton, the United States Army attacked the encampment and drove the protestors out of Washington D.C.. All of this without Due Process.
On May 23, 1934, law enforcement officials, under the direction of Frank Hamer, ambushed Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker on Hwy 154 in northeast Louisiana. With no Due Process, using various weapons, including Browning Automatic Rifles, six lawmen gunned down these two alleged criminals. Although both of these individuals were accused of criminal activity, including murder, there was no outcry from public officials, Republican or Democrat, demanding they should have their day in court. In my opinion, both were guilty and deserving of death. The following cases are more sinister and authoritarian in nature.
On February 28, 1993, the Waco Siege/Massacre began when federal agents from the BATF attempted to perform a daylight raid, in full tactical gear and equipped with automatic weapons, on the Branch Davidian religious compound to serve a search warrant and several arrest warrants against David Koresh and other group leaders.
The raid was a colossal failure culminating in the deaths of four federal agents and six group members. This armed raid, and subsequent gun battle, raged in a compound full of innocent people including children. The arrest warrants could have been handled away from the compound as the members traveled to town on a regular basis. Why would the federal government risk the lives of their agents and all of those innocent people instead of making the smart decision and serving the warrants when those involved came to town? The answer is simple. It has been reported that the Attorney General, Janet Reno and her boss, then President Bill Clinton, had a fixation with authoritarian control and she was given a free hand to make examples of people who refused to blindly accept draconian government overreach.
Several months earlier, on August 21,1992, the Dynamic Duo (Clinton and Reno) had instigated another murderous scheme. Death and destruction just seem to be synonymous with Democrats. The siege at Ruby Ridge began when federal agents went to arrest Randy Weaver under a bench warrant for his failure to appear on federal firearms charges, that could have carried a cost of as little as $10 for selling two AOW’s to an undercover ATF agent, after he was given the wrong court date. His real crime was refusing to infiltrate the Aryan Nations Brotherhood for the federal government. Long story short, no Due Process for his wife, Vicki or their son, Sammy Weaver, just an execution by federal agents. Vicki was in the cabin holding her baby when FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi murdered her and wounded Kevin Harris. Horiuchi escaped justice through the federal government’s use of the supremacy clause during his manslaughter trial. It would seem that some animals truly are more equal than others as George Orwell so aptly wrote in Animal Farm.
Finally, On October 14, 2011, 16 year old United States citizen, Abdulrahman al-Awlaki, was summarily executed, in a drone attack approved by President Barrack Obama, for the crime of being a son of another American citizen, Anwar al-Awlaki, who U.S. government officials alleged was a key organizer for the Islamist militant group al-Queda. Both father and son executed with no Due Process for allegedly belonging to the wrong group. Starting to see a pattern here? If you disagree with Globalist, leftist, Democrats, you could also end up in the wrong group and subject to their justice with no Due Process.
