Mixing bucket is the main component of concrete mixer truck, which is mainly composed of cylinder, sealing pipe, blade and mixing blade. The funnel-shaped sealing pipe ensures smooth feeding, and the curved blade helps to reduce the discharge performance of low slump concrete. There are holes in the blade to reduce the adhesion of concrete on it, which is beneficial to improve the ready mixed concrete.
1. The whole mixing drum is installed above the support, and the front part is supported by two supporting wheels. The mixing drum is provided with an access hole for easy maintenance.
2. The transmission system adopts the original vehicle engine power take-off method, that is, through the chassis engine. The mixer transfers power to the variable plunger hydraulic pump through universal coupling, and the high-pressure oil of the hydraulic pump drives the quantitative plunger. The electric motor and hydraulic motor transmit the power to the reducer and drive the mixing drum to rotate forward or backward for feeding, mixing and discharging. The output flange of the reducer can be deflected in the range of + 6 °. The displacement of the mixing drum shaft is compensated to ensure that the driving of the mixing drum is not affected by the deformation of the vehicle during driving.
3. Hydraulic system the hydraulic system is mainly composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, oil filter, oil tank, high pressure oil pipe, low pressure oil pipe, oil return pipe and filter. The hydraulic pump is equipped with manual servo adjusting handle, which can adjust the flow and direction of hydraulic oil, so as to control the steering and speed of mixing drum. The forward and reverse rotation of the mixing drum can be adjusted steplessly.
The performance of concrete mixer truck will inevitably decrease in the long-term use. This requires us to pay more attention to the maintenance of the equipment during normal use. Only in this way can the good performance of the equipment be guaranteed and the service life can be prolonged.
