The large volume of the tank not only affects the cost of the car, but also affects the function of the car. The driving safety factor is low. The larger the tank, the higher the center of gravity, and the worse the stability of the car. Therefore, the owners and friends should select the appropriate concrete mixer according to the working conditions, environment, economic benefits, functions, safety and other factors.
So how to choose the volume of concrete mixer? First of all, the volume of concrete mixer can't be simply considered as the volume of tank body. There should be three clear conceptual differences:
Geometric volume of mixing truck: the practical geometric volume in mixing drum refers to the geometric volume calculated by mathematical method during the design of mixing drum.
Mixing dynamic volume: the amount of ready mixed concrete that can be transported by the mixer (calculated by the volume after compaction). It can be seen that the volume of ready mixed concrete that can be unloaded when the mixer arrives at the project site is 2400KG / m3.
Mixing volume: the mixer shall be placed in a horizontal position, and the mixing barrel shall be able to hold the largest amount of concrete materials (including water) that have not been mixed, and can be mixed and transported to the concrete volume (calculated by the volume after compaction).
The relationship between the three should be: the geometric volume of the mixer > the mixing volume > the mixing dynamic volume. The volume that users often say should refer to the mixing volume. Therefore, when purchasing the mixer, pay attention to the difference between the mixing volume of the vehicle.
